Music in the Park July Schedule 2011

July 6th: The Leslie Gentile Band

Leslie Gentile originally performed throughout BC and beyond with the band The White Sisters, and has continued on in a solo career that has seen her perform with musicians such as Alpha Yaya Diallo, The Ecclestons, Alan Gerber and Barney Bentall.
She now fronts her own band, featuring daughters Aimee Gentile on lead guitar and Lyse Gentile  on tenor sax.
Lyse and Aimee are music brats – they grew up backstage at festivals and concerts, with musicians as their extended family.

July 13th: The Pony Club

The Sons of the Pioneers meet the Manhatten Transfer! Great music, sheer fun, and you can always expect the unexpected from Toni Hammond, whose powerhouse vocals and stage magnetism guarantee a great night!

July 20th: Shaky Ground

Victoria's premier party band is back to rock the night away, playing all the hits from the 50s to now.

July 27th: Pretzel Logic Orchestra

Whenever we have this band in the park, it is a memorable night! This Steely Dan Tribute Band is filled with some of Victoria's hottest musicians, and they play with passion and skill.
